BEIJING, May 10, 2010 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- Ctrip.com International Ltd. (Nasdaq: CTRP) completed building its second call center located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, east China, with an investment of CNY 200 million, the leading Chinese online travel service provider announced on May 9, 2010.
It is the largest call center in the world presently, with more than 12,000 call seats. Ctrip.com plans to develop its call center outsourcing business in the future.
